Do you source your ingredients locally?
Yes. We work closely with Cape Cod farmers, cheesemakers, and artisans to source the freshest possible ingredients for our charcuterie offerings.
Do you provide setup and display materials?
Yes. We handle setup, presentation, and cleanup for all catering services. Our team arrives with everything needed — including serving boards, displays, and all necessary cocktail-ware.
How do we pay?
Is there a minimum for events?
While there is no minimum headcount for events, we do have a minimum $900 minimum to cater our charcuterie offerings.
Can you customize the charcuterie boards for dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. We can create vegetarian, nut-free, or gluten-free options to accommodate your guests’ needs while maintaining the same high-quality presentation and flavor.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance, especially during the busy summer season. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute events when possible.
Do you provide both raw bar and charcuterie board services at the same event?
Yes! Our Raw Bar + Charcuterie Combo is one of our most popular options. The two offerings complement each other perfectly — pairing the freshness of the sea with the rich, savory notes of local meats and cheeses.
